TABC agents conducted a total 1,726 underage compliance operations during its annual spring break enforcement roundup. TABC tries to prevent underage drinking during spring break The commission found that 93% of businesses operated in full compliance with the law, according to a release from TABC. Last year's operation found a compliance rate of 91%. Snowfall, forecast for more postpone Saints’ home opener to Wednesday The St. Paul Saints are moving this week’s home opener back one day, to Wednesday, citing the March 31 storm that dumped nine inches of snow onto CHS Field and the forecast for a 90 percent chance for more snow and rain on Tuesday.Tuesday’s scheduled home opener between the Saints and the visiting  Iowa Cubs will now be part of a Saturday doubleheader, with the first game beginning at 1:07 p.m.The teams will now start their six-game series at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday. Highland woman in critical condition after crash SAUGERTIES, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Highland woman is in critical condition following a two-car crash on Route 9W that occurred Friday morning.
