(WKBN) - Rock artist Kid Rock took to Twitter this week after it was announced that Bud Light had partnered with a woman who is a transgender influencer. In a video on Twitter, Kid Rock could be seen wearing a "MAGA" hat as he turned around and spoke to the camera: "Grandpa’s feeling a little frisky today. Let me say something to all you and be as clear and concise as possible." The restaurant chain announced the addition of a Smokehouse BBQ Cheddar Sandwich to the menu starting next week.Starting on April 10, diners will get to try the new sandwich with a choice of beef or chicken. It's topped with a sweet and smoky BBQ sauce, onion rings, pickles and mayo. AUSTIN (KXAN) -- At least three Texas-based abortion funding groups announced their decisions to resume funding out-of-state abortions for Texans, including travel expenses, while the procedure remains illegal in the state.The decisions came after U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman ruled in February that Texas cannot enforce its ban on out-of-state abortions and that abortion funds are likely safe from prosecution, according to The Texas Tribune. This ruling comes after the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade with its 2022 ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, returning abortion legality to states to decide. With a 50/50 chance that the Mississippi River will reach major flood stage by mid-April, the city of St. Paul has declared a local flood emergency in advance of anticipated spring flooding. For now, the declaration is mostly procedural, as it empowers the city to mobilize resources in a hurry if waters rise high enough to impact residents and infrastructure.That’s still an “if,” but recent snowfall, ongoing snow melt and future precipitation will likely lead to some “significant spring flooding,” according to a written statement from St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter’s office. The river is expected to crest on April 17.The Mississippi River, currently at about five feet, reaches minor flood stage in downtown St. Paul at 14 feet, moderate flood stage at 15 feet and major flood stage at 17 feet.
