But thanks to some help from local legislators, she says she expects her soon-to-be husband, Donato Frattaroli, will have his passport in hand when its time to board their flight on Friday.Frattaroli scored an appointment at the passport office on Monday and said everything went well.Their plea for help with their situation was answered by George Regan of Regan Communications, Sen. Ed Markey and Congressman Stephen Lynch, who helped expedite the process of getting the replacement.

Forand covered 153 miles in his first day to end up in Connecticut. Unemployment assistance available for Cook County residents impacted by flooding COOK COUNTY, Ill. — More help is now available for Cook County residents who were impacted by flooding in June.The Illinois Department of Employment Security (IDES) announced Monday that it is now accepting applications for Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) for impacted residents in Cook County. The assistance is available as a result of President Biden's disaster declaration last week.According to IDES, people in Cook County whose employment or self-employment was lost or interrupted by the flooding are eligible to receive up to 26 weeks of DUA benefits, as long as their unemployment continues to be impacted as a result of the disaster.
