68-Year-Old Female Passenger Killed in Rear-End Collision near Carlton Oaks DriveSAN DIEGO, CA (October 25, 2023) – A hit-and-run motorcycle accident on West Hills Parkway claimed the life of an elderly woman, Sunday night. Around 7:30 p.m., the incident occurred at the 8400 block of West Hills Parkway near Carlton Oaks Drive.Officers say the 33-year-old male driver of a Honda Accord changed lanes into the No. 1 and No. 2 lanes, colliding with a Harley Tri-Glide motorcycle from behind. Following the collision, the driver fled the scene without offering assistance or contacting help.Crews transported the 65-year-old male motorcyclist and his female passenger to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Paramedics later pronounced the 68-year-old female passenger dead at the hospital.After completing preliminary tasks, law enforcement successfully located the suspected driver.
