An investigation is underway after the body of a 17-year-old boy who went missing while swimming at Shannon Beach in Winchester on Saturday was later pulled from the water by firefighters.Troopers, firefighters, and members of the Massachusetts Environmental Police responded to the beach in the Upper Mystic Lakes around 7 p.m. and the teen’s body was later recovered by Stoneham firefighters, state police said. BLANCO, Texas (KXAN) — City of Blanco Mayor Mike Arnold said the city's water reserves have refilled enough to serve the city for the next few days under current Stage 6 water restrictions. He attributes the tightened restrictions to maintenance issues the city's water supplier is facing. Central Texas cities issue water restrictions Friday, the city issued an emergency notice on its website about heightened water conservation efforts.The restrictions prohibit all outdoor watering and industrial water use.
