BOULDER, Colo. (KDVR) — Can you call it the Coach Prime effect? For the first time in 27 years, the University of Colorado Boulder has officially sold out of season tickets for the 2023 football season.The Buffs are already making history this year as this is the first time the program has sold out of season tickets since 1996 and only the ninth time in school history, according to CU. This is also the first time tickets have sold out before August of the upcoming season.After a 1-11 2022 season, the university made some changes to its football program and hired Deion Sanders as the head coach in December 2022. Residents at a South Florida apartment were partially evacuated after suspicious items were found in a unit. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived to the scene at 2601 N. Palm Aire Drive, Monday afternoon. According to officials, deputies were at the complex to escort an individual who might have been trespassing or was evicted from a unit. During that process, they discovered several suspicious items in the unit. An investigation is being conducted by BSO’s bomb sqaud unit. TAMPA, Florida (WFTS) — The Tampa Bay woman who lost both legs after COVID-19 complications continues to impress her friends and everyone she meets.ABC Action News has shared her journey each step of the way.In 2022, Claire Bridges lost both legs from COVID complications. She was hospitalized for nearly two months after contracting the virus.“I remember the doctors coming in and telling me they had to amputate. I was like cool, awesome, thank you for saving my life. PALM HARBOR, Florida (WFTS) — The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a car belonging to a man reported missing nearly 18 years ago was found in a Palm Harbor pond with human remains inside.Authorities said a vehicle registered to Robert Helphrey, 34, was found in a pond in the 200 block of Old Oak Circle. It was found with help from the Sunshine State Sonar Search Team, a volunteer search team.Helphrey was last seen on May 22, 2006, leaving Peggy O’Neill’s Irish Pub & Eatery.
