ST. LOUIS - HAZMAT crews are at the scene of a crash Wednesday morning. The crash happened on Route 367 and I-270 a little after 8:00 a.m., where a semi-truck carrying unknown supplies can be seen completely destroyed. The semi is now blocking lanes in both directions past I-270. Drivers at this time are urged to take an alternate route. Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies converged during rush hour Wednesday near Bowles and Chase after a police shooting and chase with a “suspect at large.”A deputy fired at a tan Lincoln Navigator that had rammed patrol vehicles before the driver fled.No injuries were reported. OAKLAND — A 43-year-old woman was shot Tuesday night at a West Oakland homeless camp, authorities said.The woman was in stable condition at a hospital recovering from a wound to her leg.The shooting was reported about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at the camp in the 1900 block of Campbell Street.
