3 dead after double murder-suicide in Lincoln County

TROY, MO. - Tragedy in Lincoln County, Thursday morning after a triple shooting at a home, ends with three people dead. Authorities shared that the case is a double murder suicide.The shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute, and all three of the people involved are related to each other. Detectives from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department and the Lincoln County Coroner's Office are investigating the case.Officers rushed to a home on the 2500 block of Highway W at about 8:15 p.m., after getting a call of shots fired. LOUIS, Ill. - A man is charged with murder after an Illinois state police trooper found a body in the street earlier this week.This was at the intersection of 9th Street and Winstanley in East St. Louis Monday. Officers said 27-year-old Dontez McCray hid in a nearby home. He was arrested after a four-hour police standoff.
